New Patients
At Shine Health and Wellness, we strive to make all our patients feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of from the moment they step into our office.
Before your first appointment, be sure to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to complete it beforehand or need assistance, please arrive several minutes before your appointment so that we can assist you.
As new patients, during your first visit, we will review your medical history and any previous treatments before discussing your goals of treatment. Afterward, we will conduct a physical examination to evaluate what needs to be done to achieve your desired results. Many of our services can be customized to best suit your individual needs and goals.

Dr. Shine saves lives. I was slogging through my day, thinking I was on the dementia bus, heading to Where Am I, when like a bright light, Dr. Shine burst through the clouds and gave me life.
