I am a relatively new patient of Shine Health and Wellness and have been having (mostly) remote appts with Dr. Shine, her PA, Paulina, and the Health Coach, Dawn. So far, I am very pleased with the care and attention I have received. The office staff has also been very responsive and caring. The team at SH&W is taking me to a place of healing and I am very happy to have found them.

Dr Shine, Lauren, Dawn and all the Office Staff and Nurses there have been amazing. A lot of my health issues have resolved since I switched to this Office. We have worked hard as a Team. And it’s been hard work on my part- dietary changes, testing, stress reduction techniques, supplements.. but with their guidance, I’ve definitely seen the fruits of my labor! I have recommended Dr Shine to my friends and I will continue too. My husband goes there as well. If they did pediatric medicine, my child would too. Honestly the best doctor I've ever met. The whole team here are awesome; the wonderful people that run the office are lovely and amazing at what they do. Dr. Shine is an incredible doctor! I have been a patient of hers for almost 10 years and besides being an expert about integrative medicine, she is kind, and caring. And her staff is just as good! Truthfully, she is one of the best doctors I've ever had and that's saying a lot as I am 74 and feel so confident in her care to get me to a healthy 85 and beyond.

While under Dr. Shine’s care, I was getting healthier. I left for few months and slid back to an unhealthy lifestyle which set me further back than when I began with her. This time as she helps get me back to healthy, I’m committed and embrace the lifestyle changes that I’ve learned make a difference. I’d advise anyone seeking a healthier way of living to pay Dr. Shine a visit and get on board with the plan of treatment that she advises. Treatment is not all supplement related, it includes homeopathic and holistic practices such as the amount of sun needed and meeting with the nutritionist for healthy eating based on your lab work. Every time I meet with Dr. Shine I learn something new about overall health. She’s not only a practicing doctor, she’s an educator who takes the time to address her patients’ questions.

Dr. Shine is a gem! It is so hard to find doctors like her. She takes the time to listen and tries to help resolve the problem instead of just treating the symptom. She is smart, caring, and a very competent doctor. I trust her, and she truly has worked to be my advocate instead of leaving me vulnerable, fighting to be my own.
